Dragon Ball Z: Idainaru Son Goku Densetsu ( ドラゴンボールZ 偉大なる孫悟空伝説 , Doragon Bōru Zetto Idainaru Son Gokū Densetsu , Dragon Ball Z: The Greatest Son Goku Legend) was released for the PC Engine (the Japanese version of the TurboGrafx-16) on November 11, 1994  ( 1994-11-11 ) . It features Gohan telling Goten of the battles of their deceased father, Goku, along with other characters. The game illustrates Goku's seven greatest battles: Fighting Tao Pai Pai, challenging Tienshinhan at the Tenkaichi Budokai, destroying King Piccolo, fighting Piccolo at the Tenkaichi Budokai, protecting Earth from Vegeta, saving Namek from Frieza, and sacrificing his life to save the world from Perfect Cell.

An advanced version of the Spirit Bomb. Unlike the normal Spirit Bomb that absorbs power from the surroundings and environment, this is directly powered by the energy of the living beings and Goku needs them to raise their hands to accumulate their energy. In holding back against Buu's various incarnations to allow Vegeta and the other Z Fighters a chance to protect the Earth, Super Saiyan 3 Goku exhausts his energy to the point that he alone cannot defeat Kid Buu . Vegeta reacts by coming up with the idea to destroy Buu with a Spirit Bomb powered by the people of Earth. By restoring Earth and immediately reviving everyone on it thanks to Porunga , every Earthling would give Goku most of their energy. However, only Goku's friends give their energy at first, since everyone else has doubts about the voices they are hearing. But once Mr. Satan talks to the people on Earth and convinces them to raise their hands, everyone's energy becomes part of the Spirit Bomb. Goku forms the Spirit Bomb in base form, but has to go Super Saiyan during the attack to overcome Kid Buu's attempt to deflect it. With this, the bomb eventually obliterates the evil Majin . [13]

Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road (known simply as Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai 2 ( ドラゴンボールZ 真武道会2 , Doragon Bōru Zetto Shin Budôkai Tzū , Dragon Ball Z: True Tournament 2) in Japan and Europe ) is the sequel to Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai for the PlayStation Portable . The game features a brand new story that tells the tale of Majin Buu being released in Future Trunks' timeline. As Majin Buu is too strong for Trunks to handle alone, he uses his time machine to recruit the original Z warriors for assistance, eventually succeeding in the destruction of Majin Buu.
